At Sunnies Face, we want you to love every product you receive; however, due to the nature of our beauty products and for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and have all safety seals intact to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Contact Support

  Email our global support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the products in their original shipping box and send them to our international processing center using a trackable courier service.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
